Terms and Conditions
The Boone County Township Assessor's Offices maintain Property Record Cards (PRC) of every parcel within the township. The PRCs contain detailed assessment information about the land and improvements on the land. Any improvements are drawn onto a sketch, which represents the square footage, amenities, and shape of the improvement. All PRCs are organized by their respective Property Index Number (PIN). PINs are geographically organized numbers for each parcel, and can be used to locate a property. Our system accommodates searches by either address or PIN.
Information is periodically updated, and may not reflect the data currently on file in the Assessor's offices. The assessed values may not be certified, and therefore may be subject to change before being finalized for ad valorem assessment purposes.
